  • Newsletter preferences - Optional, helps us improve the service
  • Payment information - Processed securely by Stripe; we never store card details

Newsletter Content

We only process newsletters you explicitly forward to your private Digestify.ai address. We do not connect to your email inbox or access any emails you haven't forwarded.

Forwarded content is processed to create your audio digest and then deleted. We do not store or share your newsletter content.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:

  • Stripe - For payment processing
  • Service providers - Who help us operate (hosting, email delivery)

Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit and at rest. However, no system is completely secure.

Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Forwarded newsletter content is processed immediately and deleted within 24 hours. If you delete your account, we remove your personal data within 30 days, except where we're required to retain it for legal or tax purposes.

You can:

  • Access your data

  • Unsubscribe from marketing emails
  • Export your data in a portable format
