Service Description

Digestify.ai converts newsletters you forward into audio summaries. The service requires an active account and may require a paid subscription for full features.

Your Responsibilities

• Provide accurate account information
• Keep your account credentials secure
• Only forward newsletters you have permission to receive
• Not use the service for any illegal purpose

Content and Intellectual Property

You retain rights to content you forward. We process it solely to provide the service. The audio summaries we generate are derivative works created for your personal use.

Digestify.ai and its design are our intellectual property.

Payments and Refunds

Founding Access is a one-time payment of $5. This amount is credited toward future subscription costs or is refundable upon request before launch.

Subscription pricing will be announced before launch. You can cancel anytime.

Limitation of Liability

Digestify.ai is provided "as is." We're not liable for any damages from using or inability to use the service, including lost data or business interruption.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. We'll notify you of significant changes via email.
